లోక్ సభలో ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకత్వ హోదాను ఎవరికీ ఇవ్వకుండా నిరాకరించడం ద్వారా అనేక రాజ్యాంగ పదవులను ఏకపక్షంగా నియమించుకునే అవకాశాన్ని బి.జె.పి/ఎన్.డి.ఏ సొంతం చేసుకుంది.
ప్రజాస్వామ్యం సారమే భిన్నాభిప్రాయానికి విలువ ఇచ్చి గౌరవించడం. ఈ సూత్రం ప్రకారమే అత్యున్నత రాజ్యాంగ పదవులైన లోక్ పాల్, సి.వి.సి, విజిలెన్స్ కమిషనర్ ల నియామకంలో లోక్ సభ ప్రతిపక్ష నేత అభిప్రాయానికి స్ధానం ఇచ్చారు. తద్వారా పాలకపక్షం ఏకపక్షంగా వ్యవహరించే అవకాశాన్ని కాస్త నిరోధించారు.
ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకుని అభిప్రాయానికి స్ధానం కల్పించిన పదవులు ప్రభుత్వ పాలనలోని అవినీతిని ఎంచి విచారణ చేసేందుకు ఉద్దేశించినవే. లోక్ సభలో ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకుని పదవిని భర్తీ చేయకపోవడం ద్వారా అవినీతిని అంతం చేస్తామన్న తమ వాగ్దానం పట్ల చిత్త శుద్ధి లేదని పాలక పక్షం చెప్పుకుందని కాంగ్రెస్ ఆరోపించింది.
మాటల్లో అందరినీ కలుపుకు పోతామని చెబుతూనే ఆచరణలో ఏకపక్షంగా, నియంతృత్వం తరహాలో వ్యవహరించే విధానాన్ని మోడి అనుసరిస్తున్నారన్న కాంగ్రెస్ ఆరోపణను కొట్టిపారేసేందుకు వీలు లేదు. పొరుగుతో స్నేహం అంటూనే చర్చలను రద్దు చేశారు. అందరం కలిసి పాలిద్దాం అంటూనే LoP పదవిని ఖాళీ పెట్టారు. అవినీతి భరతం పడతామ్ అంటూనే ఇంతవరకు లోక్ పాల్ నియామకం చేపట్టలేదు. సి.వి.సి, విజిలెన్స్ కమిషనర్, లోక్ పాల్ లను తామే నియమించేస్తాం అని పత్రికలకు ఉప్పు అందిస్తున్నారు.

iam happy for what is happening to congress. it deserve for such humiliation
iam also happy that two chief ministers competing among themselves to develop two regions. but it should be a health competition. not like India and Pak
